The Benefits of Becoming a Member of the Senior Options Network

There is strength in numbers — and the Senior Options Network is built around that truth.

When you join our network of mission-driven, nonprofit providers, you gain the ability to launch new Home and Community Based Services with significantly less risk, stronger margins, and the operational support to do it well. By sharing back-office infrastructure and best practices across our partner organizations, we collectively reduce costs and create more predictable, high-quality experiences for the older adults we all exist to serve.

And through it all, each organization keeps what makes it irreplaceable — its own culture, its own community relationships, its own mission.

This is the promise of the Senior Options Network: shared resources and collective intelligence that make every member stronger, without asking anyone to sacrifice what makes them unique. In an environment of rising costs, workforce pressures, and increasing competition, our partners do not face those challenges alone. We face them together.

Greater collaboration. Greater resilience. Greater impact.

Further Your Mission & Your Margin

By partnering with Senior Options to plan and implement Home Health Care, Hospice and Continuum Management programs, you can further your mission and margin.

  • Extend your reach. Expand your mission beyond your campus and into the greater community, serving seniors across a broader range of income levels and care needs.

  • Own your quality. Maintain direct control over the care experience you deliver — because your reputation and your residents deserve nothing less.

  • Cement your expertise. Further position your organization as a recognized leader in aging services, deepening trust with families, referral partners, and your community.

  • Build financial resilience. Diversify your revenue sources, reduce dependence on any single payer or program, and strengthen your organization’s long-term sustainability in an evolving healthcare landscape.

  • And you do not have to figure it out alone. Senior Options removes the risk, complexity, and guesswork of launching or growing HCBS — so you can focus on what you do best: caring for older adults.

Your mission deserves a margin strong enough to sustain it. Let’s build that together.
