Step 2: Chart Your Course
Your organization is ready to the next step and pays an assessment fee per service. Senior Options will perform a detailed feasibility study that will determine the demand both internally on your campus and externally in the market you serve to assure there is a sustainable market for Home Health and Hospice services. We will also calculate your required market share utilizing current Medicare data to assist you in charting your course to success.
Step 3: Strategic Map
Senior Options provides a candidate with a five-year Proforma per market per service (eg. Home Health, Hospice, and Home Care). This comprehensive plan will give your team the guidelines for startup, licensure, staffing, marketing and leadership.
Step 4: Join the Network
Senior Options provides a contract for you to join the Network of successful Home and Community Based service providers. You will have the benefits of membership in our network which include: Back Office Services / Education Strategic Planning / Financial Stewardship / Group Purchasing Discounts
